The judge who sentenced 24 innocent people including Niu Tengyu, a maintainer of MediaWiki. In the first half of 2019, the personal information of Xi Jinping's daughter and her brother-in-law were published on the Chinese websites "Hong'an Foundation" and "China Wikii" outside China. The "China Wiki" website, which has a friendly connection with "Mediawiki" and operates in China, was immediately targeted by the Chinese authorities, resulting in the arrest and punishment of 24 teenagers. Among them, Niu Tengyu, an operation and maintenance member of the "Mediawiki" who went to Hong Kong to watch the anti-extradition movement in June 2019, was criminally detained by the Maoming police in Guangdong in August of the same year.
