One of Direct main leader in the persecution Niu Tengyu and other 24 innocent people who were working for Mediawiki. In the first half of 2019, the personal information of Xi Jinping's daughter and her brother-in-law were published on the Chinese websites "Hong'an Foundation" and "China Wikii" outside China. The "China Wiki" website, which has a friendly connection with "Mediawiki" and operates in China, was immediately targeted by the Chinese authorities, resulting in the arrest and punishment of 24 teenagers.
