The prosecutor who sentenced 24 innocent people including Niu Tengyu, a maintainer of Mediawiki. In the first half of 2019, the personal information of Xi Jinping's daughter and her brother-in-law were published on the Chinese websites "Hong'an Foundation" and "China Wikii" outside China. The "China Wiki" website, which has a friendly connection with "Mediawiki" and operates in China, was immediately targeted by the Chinese authorities, resulting in the arrest and punishment of 24 teenagers.
